Website in Trouble

Dynamic Gaming Systems, to put it simply, is in trouble. They have, according to numerous reports from its own members, not been paying out and many operators are looking for new jobs with the ever fast growing Merge Poker and Dobrosoft’s Gold Chip networks.

Not only that but operators claim that being on the short end of the communication stick with Dynamic Gaming Systems has forced some of them into paying winners money they have won out of their own pockets. Online poker site G2G poker.com announced that it has left Dynamic Gaming Systems and joined Merge Poker along with Lucky Hog.net. Other Merge Poker sites include Carbon Poker.com, Poker.com, Iron Duke.com and Poker Nordica.com.

Last week Dynamic Gaming Systems, which is based in Costa Rica, sent out a press release stating that the Cintaly Holding Corporation had made an agreement to obtain the network and was going to be transferred over to them. The transfer to the British Virgin Islands based Cintaly Holding Corporation, would take only seventy-two hours and the network would promptly be up and running again once the transaction had been completed. However, the Dynamic Gaming Systems press release failed to mention any dates of when the transaction would take place.

“We are excited by the opportunity to take over one of the finest poker software networks online today,” stated a Cintaly Holding Corporation executive about the announcement. There was no mention of the serious allegations being leveled against the network by operators, affiliates and players. On the other hand, the press release did make clear the claim that it is their understanding that the Cintaly Holding Corporation will honor all of the verified existing player balances and licensee agreements. The release also went on to say that this would happen as soon as they could get everything operational once again, which would be as soon as possible.
